Eat Y’all has established the Eat Y’all Official Retailer Program to allow select retailers the opportunity to share our curated collection of Southern-made or grown artisan food products with their customers. Eat Y’all provides our Official Retailers with publicity, marketing materials, ongoing retail sales and marketing education and opportunities for in-store demonstrations and events.
Pricing for wholesale products includes consumer packaging of the Eat Y’all Pantry Collection and Gourmet Guru Grill and all its related accessories. All order payments are required prior to shipping, either through check, Paypal or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee. Orders paid by check will only ship once the check has cleared.
Unless otherwise noted at the time of your order, orders ship approximately 2-4 weeks from order date. Please contact us for specific lead times. All orders ship via best rate with either UPS or FedEx. Each food product ships in its own customized box to insure its safety in transit. Please contact us if you would like to request special shipping terms or times or if you have a UPS/FedEx account you would like us to use.
Gourmet Guru products typically ship via freight carrier. Shipping is typically less than $200 per pallet delivered to a loading dock in the Continental U.S. and transit times are typically less than one week from ship date. Our team can help you fill your pallet for best return on investment for you. International shipping is available upon request for Gourmet Guru products.
Eat Y’all cannot accept returns unless merchandise is defective. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Please contact email@example.com with your order number and contact information to be issued a return authorization for unused, unopened products.

To place a wholesale order, you must first apply to be part of our Eat Y’all Official Retailer Program (and therefore gain access to our current catalog) by filling out THIS FORM. All products images and lifestyle images we showcase on our web site and social media belong to us. If you would like to use them to market one of our products, you must first be an Eat Y’all Official Retailer. Please note, our office hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm. We do not keep office hours over the weekend, so if you are wanting to inquire about an order during that time, please email email@example.com.
