BONGO JAVA ROASTING CO.
Bongo Java Roasting Co.
Bongo Java expands the definition of quality to add factors of how beans are produced, purchased and promoted to the important issue of how they taste. Therefore, all of our coffee is organicand bought almost directly from small-scale farmers at above Fair Trade prices. Just as important, we spend more dollars doing the right thing than telling the world about ourselves.
Bongo Java Roasting Co. is locally owned and operated in the Nashville area. To learn more, email (firstname.lastname@example.org), reach us by phone (601-852-3463), or visit Bongo Java Roasting Co.’s website now.
- Single Origins
All our coffee is organic, Fair Trade and comes from small-scale farmer groups. Most is bought through Cooperative Coffees, a group of like-minded small-scale roasters that we helped start in 1997 to build long-term beneficial relationships with farmers. Together we work to assure farmers can continue to own their land and we can continue to get great tasting coffee. This is also part of our expanded definition of quality.
We are a small yet world-famous company. We started in 1993 with a single café in Nashville, TN. We create unique spaces that reflect community. In addition to Nashville’s oldest and most-honored coffeehouse, we created Nashville’s first board game café, only Kosher restaurant, and oldest vegetarian restaurant.
We don’t just label our coffee “Fair Trade,” we prove it. Trace the coffee in the bag from source to us.
