Get off the grid. Get out of the kitchen. Get inspired.

Join chefs of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels from all across the country at some of the most picturesque farms in the South.

Chefs from all over the South will join Eat Y’all and the Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association for Chef Camp in Kentucky on June 4, 2019.  Attendees will visit the University of Kentucky and engage in hands-on butchery with Dr. Gregg Rentfrow, Meat Science Specialist and Assistant Professor. Dr. Rentfrow works closely with meat and livestock producers in Kentucky and will instruct attending Chefs in the UK meats lab.

After visiting the University of Kentucky, chefs will arrive at Four Roses Distillery for a special private tour and tasting of some of Kentucky’s finest bourbons.

Day one of Chef Camp will end with a burger cook-off highlighting beef provided by some greatest farmers in Kentucky.

After a hearty camp breakfast on June 5th, chefs will tour Four Kings Angus Cattle Farm and experience a first-class cattle operation before departure.  For the golfing enthusiast, chefs are invited to play a complimentary round of golf at Cary King’s golf course, adjacent to Four Kings Angus, at the conclusion of Chef Camp.
