We’re all about connection and sometimes the best way to connect is to unplug.

Get off the grid. Get out of the kitchen. Get inspired.

Join chefs of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels from all across the country at some of the most picturesque farms in the South.

Chefs will unplug during an overnight stay at Two Brooks Farm, an 11th generation rice operation in the Mississippi Delta. Chefs will have the opportunity to participate in harvest, tour the farm and on-site milling operation as well as enjoy an afternoon dove hunt.
