Retreat from Heat in Nash & NOLA

Gardens are reaching their peak this month, and there’s little better time to eat and cook in the Southern kitchen. We visit the kitchens of St. Roch Market in New Orleans as our summer series about Southern Food Halls continues. Also in New Orleans, we’ll sit down with Chef Alex Harrell to discuss the future of his restaurant, Angeline, one of the city’s favorite farm to fork dinner spots. Other stops include a look back at our CONNECT Dinner in Georgia and a Nashville area visit to Leiper’s Fork Distillery. Finally, you can cool off with a cocktail recipe courtesy of Husk Nashville’s outstanding bar program.
